Who takes the payment

Payments through the international gateways are taken by New Taste For Technology and Investment LLC (commercial registration 1454780), Muscat, Oman.

Credit bought inside Iran is sold by DiceX through Iranian banks, under DiceX's own terms. This policy covers the international gateways only.

What is covered

A seven-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee covers every digital service bought through the international gateways.

A refund request must arrive within seven days of purchase. After seven days a sale is final.

How to ask for one

To ask for one, write to hello@ntft.tech with your order details. A reason is welcome but not required.

How the money comes back

An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, in the currency you paid, usually within five to ten business days. Your payment provider decides how quickly it appears.

Exceptions

A refund is not available on an account or service used in breach of the terms of service, or suspended for misuse or fraud.

Cancelling a service

You may cancel a service at any time. A cancellation after the seven-day window carries no refund, and access ends immediately.

Changes

This policy may be revised. A change is posted on this page and takes effect when it appears.
