Who these terms are with

Payments through the international gateways are taken by New Taste For Technology and Investment LLC (commercial registration 1454780), Muscat, Oman.

The seller can be reached at hello@ntft.tech.

They cover this website, the DiceX Connect plugin, and credit bought through the international gateways. The DiceX platform account itself is governed by DiceX's own terms. Credit bought inside Iran is sold by DiceX through Iranian banks, under those terms and not these.

The plugin is free software

DiceX Connect is published in the WordPress plugin directory under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use it on as many sites as you like, read its source, change it and pass it on, under that licence.

As free software it comes with no warranty. It is provided as is, and you run it on your own site at your own risk.

What you need in order to send

The plugin sends nothing on its own. Sending needs a DiceX account, an API key you enter yourself, and credit on that account. Until a key is entered, nothing leaves your site.

You are responsible for keeping your API key private. Anyone holding it can spend your credit.

Delivery is attempted, not guaranteed

Each notification tries your chosen channels in the order you set and stops at the first one that gets through. Every one of them can fail: a channel with no sender line, a message the gateway refuses, a network fault, a number that no longer exists.

A successful send means the message was accepted for delivery. It does not prove that a person received it or read it. Do not rely on these messages as the only way to deliver something that must arrive.

A failed send is recorded in the plugin's log and nothing else happens: the order is still placed and the form is still submitted.

Which channels and payment methods exist depends on your region and on what DiceX offers there, and can change.

Credit, prices and refunds

Credit is bought for your DiceX account and spent as you send. The price is shown before you pay, and the Gulf screens price in Omani rial.

A discount coupon can only be applied in the DiceX panel, not from WordPress.

How you may use it

You are responsible for what your site sends and to whom. Send only messages the recipient expects from you, and keep to the law that applies where you and your recipients are, including the rules on marketing messages and on personal data.

Each messaging platform has rules of its own — WhatsApp, Telegram, Bale and Safir among them — and using a channel means keeping to those as well.

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages, and do not send to numbers obtained without consent. An account used in breach of these terms, or suspended for misuse or fraud, is not refunded.

Support

The plugin's Support tab emails DiceX support through your own site's mail, and the plugin's page in the WordPress directory has a public support forum. Neither carries a promised response time, and neither is a paid support contract.

This website

This site describes the product. The screens, names, numbers and balances in the guide are examples from a demonstration store, and the routing demo on the home page is sample data that sends nothing.

Product details, prices and availability can change, and this site is updated as they do.

Names and marks

WordPress, WooCommerce, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Digits, WhatsApp and Telegram belong to their respective owners and are named here only to describe what the plugin works with. DiceX and DiceX Connect are marks of DiceX.

Liability

As far as the law allows, the seller is not liable for losses that follow from a message that was late, undelivered or delivered to the wrong person, or from any use you make of the plugin — including lost sales, lost data or lost time.

Nothing here limits a liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be revised. A change is posted on this page and takes effect when it appears. Using the service after that means accepting the revised terms.
