# DiceX for WordPress | Order, Form & Login Alerts over SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram

> DiceX Connect is a free WordPress and WooCommerce plugin that turns site events into messages: order updates, form submissions, security alerts and two-step login, sent over SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, Bale, Safir or a voice call.

Your site already knows what happened. Your customer should too.

DiceX Connect listens for events in WordPress and in the plugins you already run, then sends the message down your own channel. No code, no per-event wiring, and nothing that gets in the way of your site.

- Free and GPL
- No code required
- WooCommerce HPOS ready
- Persian and RTL included

## One plugin, every way to reach someone

Every card carries an ordered list of channels. If the first one does not get through, the next is tried.

- SMS
- WhatsApp
- Voice call
- Telegram Bot
- Bale Bot
- Safir

## The plugins you already run, without a line of code

Each one gets a card. Switch it on, choose who hears about it, write the message. That is the whole setup.

### WooCommerce

New orders and status changes, with the statuses you choose. Orders are only ever read through WooCommerce's own API, so it works on stores using High-Performance Order Storage.

### WPForms

Every completed entry can notify you, the person who sent it, or both. The mobile number is found among the submitted values on its own — there is nothing to map.

### Contact Form 7

The message goes out only once Contact Form 7 has sent its own mail. A submission that fails validation or is caught as spam never turns into a text.

### Gravity Forms

Runs just after the entry is stored, so what arrives in the message is what is actually in the entry list — not a half-finished copy of it.

### WordPress security events

Repeated failed logins from one address, an administrator signing in, a new user registering, a password reset. Built on WordPress's own hooks, so no security plugin is needed.

### DiceX two-step login

A one-time code after the password, with a countdown, a way to ask for a new code, and a documented way back in through wp-config.php.

### Digits

The login and registration codes Digits generates go out over DiceX. The wording and the recipient stay under Digits' control.

### Recipients, chosen per card

A shared list of admin numbers, WordPress administrators who added a mobile number to their profile, the customer or form submitter — or any combination.

## If SMS does not land, try Telegram. Then the next one.

Drag the channels into the order you want, per card. The plugin walks the list from the top until one gets through. A channel with no sender line, a line the gateway refuses, and a network failure all count as "did not get through", so a message is not lost to any one of them.

- The order is set separately on every card
- The log names each channel that was skipped and which was tried next
- A failed send never breaks an order or a form

## It knows where you operate

DiceX does not sell the same services everywhere. Pick your region and the plugin offers only what is genuinely available there, instead of a button that fails when you press it.

- Iran: all six channels, plus the local payment gateways
- GCC and Europe: WhatsApp and Telegram
- Phone numbers take the shape that region expects
- Nothing about the region is sent to DiceX

## An admin that speaks your language

The screens follow the language of whoever is signed in to WordPress, and you can pin them to English or Persian instead. The layout changes direction to match.

- English and Persian, both bundled
- Real right-to-left layout, not just translated strings
- Your own name at the start of every message
- A built-in log showing exactly what went out and what came back

## Credit and payment, inside the dashboard

See what your DiceX account has left and top it up without leaving WordPress.

- Live account balance
- Top up through Saman, Sepehr or Digipay credit payment
- Preset amounts, plus anything you type
- The currency follows the region you picked

## From install to first message in three steps

1. **Create a DiceX account** — It takes a few minutes. The plugin cannot send anything without an account and an API key of your own.
2. **Paste your API key** — Take the key from the developer panel and put it in the Connection tab. The plugin checks the connection there and then.
3. **Switch cards on** — Pick the sender line for each channel, send yourself a test message, and switch on the cards for the plugins you want.

## Free, open source, on the official WordPress directory

The plugin is GPL licensed and installs and updates from your own dashboard. It needs a DiceX account to do anything.

## Worth knowing before you install

### Do I need a DiceX account?

Yes. DiceX is a separate service and it is not free. The plugin cannot send anything without an account and an API key of your own, and nothing leaves your site until you enter that key.

### Which plugins can trigger a message?

WooCommerce, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms and Digits, plus WordPress's own login and user events, which need no other plugin at all.

### Will a failed message break my checkout or my forms?

No. A send that fails is recorded in the plugin's log and nothing else happens. The order is still placed and the form is still submitted.

### Does it work with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage?

Yes. Orders are only ever read through WooCommerce's own API, and the plugin declares HPOS compatibility.

### How does it find the phone number on a form?

It reads the submitted values and picks the one that is a usable mobile number for your region. A field labelled like a phone field wins over any other. There is nothing to map.

### Can I write the messages myself?

Yes. Every card has its own message, which you build from tags such as the order number, the status, the customer's name and your site name.

### What leaves my site?

Only what a send needs: your API key, the recipient's number, the message text and the sender line. The plugin adds no analytics, no tracking and no telemetry, and contacts no other host.

### What languages does it come in?

English and Persian are bundled, and every string is translatable. The screens follow the language of the signed-in user, and you can pin them if you would rather.
